Hotel Lobby AI Not Working? Why It Fails and What to Do

Under almost every Hotel Lobby AI tutorial the same comments come back: “it doesn’t work”, “it took my credits”, “can someone make mine”. This page answers them for Hotel Lobby Video (rapaivideo.net), with the exact words the site shows and what to do about each one.

The short version: a render that fails is refunded on its own, nothing to ask for. Most failures come from the photos, and most “wrong music” comes from a setting that switched the sound.

What the error on the screen means

Why the song I chose is not playing

Your own song and the Hotel Lobby track only play on Wan 3.0, in the Hotel Lobby booth. Four things change that without you noticing:

  • You picked another stage (Luxury Lobby, Studio Booth or Street Cypher) or the Effects tab. The generator switches to a Seedance model, and Seedance writes its own song: the AI rap. Switch back to the Hotel Lobby stage and your model and sound come back.
  • You picked an effect. Effects use photos only, with music the model writes for the scene; they take no song.
  • The video uses 2 to 15 seconds of your file, the part the slider picked. If it starts on silence, the start of the video is quiet.
  • You picked AI rap. It never uses an upload: the AI writes a verse about your topic instead.

Did I lose my credits?

No. When a render fails, for any of the reasons above, the credits go back to your balance automatically. Every video is paid with credits when it is created.

A finished video is not refunded because you dislike it, so it is worth fixing the photos before a second paid try. The refund policy has the full rules.

It worked, but the faces look wrong

  • Use one sharp photo per person, face to the camera, with even light. Group shots, side profiles and dark selfies give the model less to keep.
  • For the Hotel Lobby booth, each photo is first redrawn as a full-length studio shot; a waist-up photo gives it the outfit to work from.
  • Sunglasses, masks and hands over the face hide what the model needs to keep.
  • The same photos give a slightly different video each time. One render is not a promise of the next.

It is taking a long time

On Wan 3.0 most videos take about 5 to 15 minutes; Seedance videos take up to about 5 minutes. You can close the tab: the video keeps rendering and waits in My videos. If a render never finishes, the site marks it failed and refunds it by itself.

On an iPhone the downloaded MP4 goes to Files › Downloads. Open it there, tap Share and choose Save Video to put it in Photos.

Can someone make it for me?

Be careful with strangers in comments who offer to “make yours”: you hand them photos of you and the people you love. Here you make it yourself, and the photos are scheduled for deletion 7 days after the video finishes. Why is my Hotel Lobby AI video not working?

Most often a photo: too small, not a JPG, PNG or WebP, no clear face, or refused by the video model. The message on the screen says which one. Failed renders are refunded automatically.

Did the failed video use my credits?

Only until it failed. The credits go back to your balance on their own.

Why is the song I uploaded not in the video?

Your song plays only on Wan 3.0 in the Hotel Lobby booth. Another stage, an effect or AI rap switches to a Seedance model, which writes its own music.

Why does the person in my video look different?

Small, dark, side-on or sunglasses photos give the model too little to keep. Try one clear front-facing photo per person.

How long should I wait before trying again?

Most videos take about 5 to 15 minutes. Close the tab if you like; the video waits in My videos. A render that never finishes is marked failed and refunded.
